I want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase. Once your package has arrived, I encourage you to open and check to make sure the items are correct. Try out your purchase as soon as possible without damaging or removing the tag if possible.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you can return your undamaged/unaltered items within 30 days from the delivered date. If there are issues with your products after 30 days, please reach out to me and I'll do everything I can to help.
Please note, we only accept full returns on unused, undamaged product with original tags intact. Products negligently packaged and returned damaged will be subject to a reduction of refund or no refund at all.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping a return order over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you'd like to exchange your item for a different one, please make a return and replace a new order. Items are refunded within 5 days of receiving the return back.
Shipping Carrier and Tracking:
All orders are sent via USPS. Tracking information is provided when your shipment is sent. Look for the tracking number in your shipment confirmation from Wix. Tracking numbers may require 24 hours to become active in the shipping system. If your tracking number is not appearing in the shipper's system as active, please check again in 24 hours or on the next business day. Insurance is added to every package through my shipping service, not with USPS.
Shipping cost is based on order weight.
Orders are typically sent out 1-5 business days from purchase date.
Shipping rates internationally are based on the weight of the order. We have shipped to Canada, Puerto Rico, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. If your country is not listed please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you'd like to purchase our products.
Shipping times vary depending on country. I cannot provide an accurate delivery date. Once an international order is sent out it cannot be cancelled.
Incorrect Address Policy:
Please double check your shipping address before and after placing your order. You are responsible for providing the correct address, but I do understand mistakes happen, and we will do everything we can to help. Please advise, we ship packages ASAP so it may not be possible to change the address before the package is shipped.
In the event an incorrect address is provided for your order: please send us an email ASAP to email@example.com with the subject line "Incorrect Address". If your email is received before your package is shipped out, we can edit your address.
Already shipped out and isn't yet delivered: you will need to contact USPS to request a package intercept (US only): https://www.usps.com/manage/package-intercept.htm
Recipient is responsible for package intercept fees.
Delivered to the incorrect address provided: please contact your local post office to see if they can assist you. If you are unable to get the package from the address, please reach out to me and I will do everything I can to help.
Package returned to us due to an insufficient address, such as a missing unit number: we will refund the item and notify you via email to replace the order with your correct address. Shipping cost is not refunded.
Large Order Cancellation Fee: Orders over $500 may lose the 3% transaction processing fee in the refund. Please be aware, if there is a discrepancy with your billing and shipping addresses, or if you are not responsive to our request for clarification in a timely manner, your order may be cancelled and refunded minus the 3% processing fee.
