I want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase. Once your package has arrived, I encourage you to open and check to make sure the items are correct. Try out your purchase as soon as possible without damaging or removing the tag if possible.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you can return your undamaged/unaltered items within 30 days from the delivered date. If there are issues with your products after 30 days, please reach out to me and I'll do everything I can to help.

Please note, we only accept full returns on unused, undamaged product with original tags intact. Products negligently packaged and returned damaged will be subject to a reduction of refund or no refund at all.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping a return order over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Flagged Order Refunds:

In the event that there is an issue with the personal information provided on your order, we will contact you to clarify before proceeding. If we do not receive a response within 72 hours, your order may be cancelled and refunded.

Orders with a US delivery address and international billing address are automatically flagged as a high risk and will be cancelled and refunded. 

Orders that are cancelled due to a high risk flag, or returned to sender due to an incorrect address, may incur a 3% restocking fee.
